Utah Concealed Weapons Permit (Utah CCW)

Salt Lake Vicinity Fingerprinting Services

The instructors of Utah Concealed Carry Permit have chosen not to take time during or after their class sessions to do fingerprinting for several important reasons:

  • It takes considerable additional time & adds to an already lengthy class.
  • Doing so would add costs to our class, and we desire to keep costs to a minimum.
  • Fingerprint cards must be completed to very exacting standards.
  • We don't want our students to risk having the processing of their applications delayed because of inadequate fingerprints.

With the new inkless fingerprinting scanner technology available at many law enforcement offices, the system will confirm that each print is accepted or not. We therefore suggest that you get your prints taken at one of the following facilities. Please call in advance to confirm availability.
